In RevePod, a project connects the wedding's events, crew assignments, deliverables and payment details. Start with one project and check whether your team can find the next action without reconstructing it from messages.
- Create a project and add its event dates.
- Add the crew roles and assign the people covering each event.
- List the promised deliverables and assign the work before the shoot.
A project record still needs someone to keep it current. Check the plan's team and project limits before moving the rest of your bookings.
Editing and delivery
RevePod's Post Production view brings deliverables from your studio's projects into one list. Each can have an assignee, a status and a delivery link. You can also configure delivery timelines in your services catalog.
- Open Post Production and find the project's deliverables.
- Assign each item and use Not Started, In Progress, For Review or Done, or a custom status.
- Check the delivery link and its client visibility before sharing it.
RevePod tracks the work; your team still edits in its usual photo and video tools. Configured delivery dates depend on the project's last scheduled event and the deliverable's catalog timeline.
Client communication
RevePod has a project client portal with schedule, contract and payment information, and deliverable links, subject to your plan and visibility settings. Use the demo to inspect the client experience, then set up a trial project.

- Check which contract, payment and delivery details are visible.
- Open the client link yourself before sending it to a client.
A client portal does not replace your editing application or establish that files are backed up. Custom portal domains are a Max-plan feature; check current pricing for plan access.
From the agreed quote to the project
RevePod lets you attach an existing quote to a project as a PDF or image, or add its URL. Compare that document with the events, crew roles and deliverables you record for the wedding.
- Create a trial project and add an example quote in its Quote section.
- Add the event dates, required crew roles and promised deliverables.
- Read the quote beside those records and identify any scope that still needs a decision.
RevePod stores the quote; it does not write proposals or automatically check that project records match its contents. Your team decides and maintains the agreed scope.
